If you don’t have insurance, or are not covered for a water loss, we will work with you on creating a simple solution and do what we can to help. In addition to direct billing an insurance company, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks.

1 Turn your Water off at the main switch into your house or eliminate its source.
2 Stay away from anything Electrical; Shut off the breaker in the damaged area, unplug or remove any electrical devices located on the wet carpet
3 Call "RAINBOW INTERNATIONAL" Restoration Services right away for further help.
4 Remove all high value items, such as firearms, jewelry or any other items you might not want our Service Professionals to handle.
5 Remove all breakables and any items on the closet floors in the damaged areas.
6 If possible, place aluminum foil under the legs of any furniture which is in contact with the wet carpet, to help prevent furniture stains on your carpet.
7 Lift Draperies away from wet carpet.
8 Pin up upholstered furniture skirts which may get wet.
9 Remove books, shoes, paper goods, photo albums, fabrics, potted plants, and other items which
may stain wet carpet.
